What is Elements visibility?

Elements are the information used in every card of the team members. For example, Thumbnail, Designation, Social Links, Mobile, Email, etc are the elements. Different themes have a set of different visible elements. But the user can override the visibility of the elements from the General > Elements Visibility section, below is the screenshot:
